Casey is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Casey attended Rockford University and Concordia University Wisconsin obtaining both a Bachelors and Masters of Science in Counseling. Casey specializes in helping clients of all ages with AHD, adoption, blended families, development delays, grief / loss, LGBTQI+, trauma, and sexual assault. Her background in community mental health centers helping to acclimate clients into the community by showing them how to access and utilize community resources, monitor medication, acquire stable housing, give treatment, and plan for achieving goals gave Casey the ability to understand the greatness of a whole environment approach to client well being. Casey also has an extensive background working in early intervention with infants, toddlers, and families. She worked with children with development delays, disabilities, and social emotional concerns. Casey also worked as a team leader with many other specialists to achieve a whole body wellness approach in order to treat her clients fully. Using a combination of therapy techniques including play, role-playing, and activities Casey creates a safe and productive environment for her clients to achieve growth and control over their mental health.
Casey loves spending time with friends and family. As a new grandmother and mother to 2 grown children she loves spending time relaxing at home in her pool, traveling with her husband, gardening, sewing, and trying to find time to sleep. She is also an avid animal lover and shares her home with 2 dogs and 2 cats, and 5 chickens.
